Our Curriculum

Through our curriculum we hope to encourage our students to be well-rounded Martial Artists and strong, caring human beings.

We believe it is possible to keep pace with the evolving world of Sport Taekwondo and remain firmly grounded in the traditions of the Martial Art.  Our curriculum includes the Palgwe and Taegeuk forms, Korean Terminology, The Five Tenets (Modesty, Perseverance, Self Control, Indomitable Spirit & Etiquette) and the full spectrum of blocks, strikes and kicks.  We also incorporate techniques of Judo and Hapkido to create well rounded martial artists.  Within our Olympic Style Sparring curriculum you will find a comprehensive set of strategies for success in the ring.

We are also very proud to offer a full self defense curriculum.  Our Self Defense Curriculum is woven into our teachings at every belt level. Our students progress from simple escapes to true strike defenses.
