  1. Waiting for the State to approve paperwork for the bank transfer. 

New Business

  1. Voted to reimburse Steve for tournament/coaching fees.

  2. Voted representatives into office: 

    1. Shante Fitzgerald as President, Sara Clement as Vice President, Brian Fitzgerald as Treasurer, and Lillie Corcoran as Secretary/Scribe

    2. Brian Fitzgerald added to the bank account.

  3. Fundraise for new Dojang Mats

  4. Brian and Shante are organizing a Car Wash fundraiser for April 13 and planning another one for May 5th with a Garage Sale.

  5. Lillie and Sara are planning a Movie Night for May 4.
