Last Meeting Follow-up

  1. Made $562 at the Corvette Car Show

  2. We got approved for a Fair Booth

  3. We got merch set up and selling

New Business

  1. We approved a $100 scholarship to an MTC Family for class tuition. 

  2. Garage Sale: we decided to cancel the Car Wash and only do the Garage Sale on June 23rd. 

    Fair Tasks:

  3. Get a Square account and terminal for the Fair. 

  4. Contact Pepsi to get a quote for cups, lids, soda machine flavoring, etc.

  5. Schedule a Bulgogi Night to teach volunteers how to properly prepare Bulgogi for the Fair.

  6. Compare prices of beef, green onions, garlic, crushed ginger, cabbage, Soy Sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sriracha at Sysco, Costco, Yoke’s, and U.S. Foods. 

  7. Approved to submit a Temporary Food Service application to the Missoula County Health Dept. and the $140 fee to submit it.
