  1. Scholarship Funds are being sent out for the Governor’s CUP

New Business

  1. Committee approved a $200 scholarship to help pay for a student’s Black Belt Test

  2. Committee approved an additional $130 be added to the Governor’s Cup tournament fund, making total expenses $2,130 

  3. Committee rescinded a previous tuition scholarship due to poor attendance rates and commitment to the school

  4. Find volunteers to bring drinks, desserts, plates, napkins, utensils, etc. to the Talent Show

  5. Committee wants to run a snack bar at the FUN Tournament. Someone will need to pick out healthy snacks for the event

  6. Waiting for free weekends to do Movie Nights soon
