Last Meeting Follow-up

  1. All funds have been transferred out of the Wells Fargo account and into the new Clearwater CU account and the Wells Fargo account has been closed

    • MTCBC needs to reimburse Bobbi Hettick, an estimated $500,  for setup fees

New Business

  1. Attendees approved a few changes to the Scholarship Application. Lillie will be making the approved updates to the application which will be available by September 20th. 

  2. Approved a $2,000 scholarship fund for students competing in the Washington State Governor’s Cup

    • Preapproval was given for up to $200 scholarship to any student that applies for the tournament scholarship

  3. Setup a private practice space in the Front Room where students can follow along educational Taekwondo videos.

    • Mary is looking into getting a TV donated from her office

    • MTCBC approved to set up/subscribe to USA Taekwondo Education after the Dojang has been remitted

  4. Approved to sell hats at $15 a piece

  5. Work on a video to show to potential Booster Club Sponsors - “What Taekwondo Means to Me”
